Everstox connects commerce brands with a network of fulfilment providers and carriers through one Logistics-as-a-Service platform. Valens has been its development partner since the MVP, with a dedicated team covering frontend, backend, QA, DevOps and technical support.
The problem
Everstox had to turn an MVP into a platform that runs logistics for brands across Europe, integrating carriers, marketplaces and ERP systems and scaling with demand.

A dedicated full-stack team driving product evolution and infrastructure scaling, from the web app and APIs to CI/CD, cloud migration and technical support.
How we worked
Project context
Everstox is a Munich-based Logistics-as-a-Service company founded in 2019. Its platform unites a network of fulfilment providers and carriers and integrates with marketplaces and ERP systems, so brands can manage e-commerce, offline, B2B, retail and D2C orders across Europe from one dashboard.
Delivery scope
A fully dedicated team on a time-and-materials basis: frontend and backend development, QA automation, DevOps and technical support.
How we built it
The web app is built in React on a Python and Flask backend, with PostgreSQL, Celery for background tasks, Docker and CircleCI for delivery, and AWS for hosting. Backend engineers design the database schemas and RESTful APIs, and frontend engineers own the web app from planning to deployment. QA built a new test automation suite for new and existing features. DevOps set up the CI/CD pipelines, migrated the infrastructure to the cloud and runs monitoring and on-call support. Technical support resolves first-level tickets and complex issues that span Everstox's own and third-party systems.

Impact
Valens has supported Everstox's growth from its initial MVP into a scalable, European logistics platform, enabling expansion into multiple European markets and supporting a 10x increase in demand. During this journey, Everstox received the eCommerce Germany Award 2022 for Best Logistics Solution and the German Innovation Award three times for Excellence in B2B – Logistics & Infrastructure.
