The project covers the development, piloting and preparation for commercialisation of an AI solution for the digital management of work, knowledge and operational processes. The platform is designed to bring the management of people, projects, time, knowledge and day-to-day operational activities together in one place.
The goal is to reduce reliance on disconnected records, improve visibility into work and support better-informed business decisions.
The digital platform development project is supported through the Challenge2Collaborate (C2CoLab) fund of the SPRING programme, financed by Sweden. The programme is jointly implemented by EDA – Enterprise Development Agency, the Mozaik Foundation and the Sarajevo Economic Region Development Agency (SERDA).
